About the Author
Katrin Barth is a certified teacher and author of a highly successful sports book series for children. Lutz Nordmann is the former director of the German Hockey Association. He now works as the deputy director of the German Sports Associations' Coaching Academy.

You receive important tips and plenty of suggestions for exercises you can practice by yourself. The book teaches you diverse game variations for two or more players, both for playing on an indoor court or on a field. The little elephant Elo is a great companion throughout the book. He tells you some interesting things about the sport, gives you some tips health tips, and he has some quizzes and exercises for you. There are many opportunities for keeping and adding notes and for coloring, as well as lots of exercises for practice. Field hockey coaches can use this book as a source of ideas for how to get the children actively involved in the sport and to promote their independent practice.
