About the Author:

Simon Wright was formerly the editor of the AA Restaurant Guide and now works as a freelance writer and restaurant consultant. He is a consultant on Channel 4's Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares and is a partner in the award winning Carmarthenshire pub/restaurant Y Polyn. His previous book Tough Cookies was a best-seller, his portrait of 4 of Britain's best and most controversial chefs winning much praise from Britain's leading newspapers including the Sunday Telegraph, Independent and the Sunday Times.
