About the Author
Laurie Krebs combines her love of children's literature with her enthusiasm for travelling to create wonderful picture books that carry readers all around the world. Laurie has developed a series of books with Barefoot Books, including We're Sailing Down the Nile, We All Went on Safari, We're Sailing to Galapagos and We're Riding on a Caravan. Aurelia Fronty is a painter, illustrator and textile artist. Her illustrations for this project were inspired by her travels to Peru and Bolivia. Aurelia lives with her family in Montreuil, France.
