Caroline Daly was called to the Bar in 2013 and is ranked as one of the top ten planning barristers under 35 by Planning Magazine. Matters relating to compulsory purchase and compensation form a considerable part of Caroline's practice. Caroline was elected to the Compulsory Purchase Association Board in 2020. She has experience of acting for both claimants and acquiring authorities in respect of the compulsory purchase process and land valuation and compensation. She has particular experience in dealing with blight cases and claims made following the exercise of temporary possession powers. Caroline is a member of the Attorney General's C Panel.
