About the Author

Henck van Bilsen is Director of the Cognitive Behaviour Therapy Partnership. He currently divides his time between the CBT-Partnership and the University of Hertfordshire where he leads the masters degree programme in cognitive and behaviour therapies.

Brian Thomson is a senior lecturer in Mental Health Studies at the University of Hertfordshire. He is also a Senior Associate Cognitive Behaviour Therapist, specialising in the treatment of people with personality problems.
