About the Author
Bill Price, assistant to Marcus Chambers in the BMC Competitions Department, also worked in the Special Tuning Department, becoming Manager of Leyland ST. From 1977 to 1981 he was Competitions Manager. Bill is now a full-time technical editor and author.
