About the Author
Dr Mark Levy MBChB, FRCGP, is a GP in Kenton, Middlesex. He is Editor of Asthma in General Practice and Medical Advisor to the National Respiratory Training Centre. Professor Sean Hilton MD, FRCGP, is a GP in Kingston-upon-Thames, Surrey and Professor of General Practice at St George's Hospital Medical School, London. Greta Barnes MBE, SRN, is Director of the National Respiratory Training Centre, Warwick, and a Member of the National Asthma Task Force.
