Paint and stain varieties, making proper tool purchases, the techniques of painting (brush strokes, smoothing and filling, and such), and the peculiarities of different surfaces are dutifully covered, and plenty of equipment illustrations, diagrams, statistics, and graphs guide the reader in making important decisions.
