"Lack of PERMISSION TO SUCCEED accounts for more failures than any other single cause" says the author. This book tells how to find personal permission for success and to apply purposeful faith and "the seven spiritual secrets of success" (found hidden--in plain view--in the Bible) to reach life-enhancing personal goals, that can include wealth. To the question "Does God want you to be rich?" the author suggests "try asking God what wealth is required to reach His highest plans for your life."

Published first in a deluxe gift edition by NelsonWord, who released it without publicity, the original hardcover quickly sold out. Despite strong backorders, NW did no further printings, for their version (then called The Seven Spiritual SECRETS of Success) hit stores the same week as one of nearly identical name by a famous New Age author. Yielding the field to their competitor's bestseller, NW reverted all rights back to Dr. Briley for this FAITHport edition. Under its original name the book sells in translation in Korea and Indonesia. (Dr. Briley's earlier books sell overseas in Spanish and Dutch as well.)From the Author:
My purpose in writing is to help others first find "inner permission" to succeed, then transform their "impossible dreams" into measurable, reachable goals--whose achievement constitutes their success.
I have three reasons for focusing on goals: 1) Goals are "dreams with numbers on them" and so the only tool that can define your success. 2) Goals are the "DNA" of the human spirit, vital to all success. 3) Goals are "memories of the future" for they lodge in the mind like memories. In our vivid "remembering" of goals, we overcome our immobilizing memories of past failure. Measurable goals free us to go far beyond our former limits, in quest of greater success!
