Latham, J.D. and Patricia Horan Latham, J.D. are partners in the Washington, DC law firm of Latham & Latham, authors of eight books on legal issues in employment and education, including: ATTENTION DEFICIT DISORDER AND THE LAW, SUCCEEDING IN THE WORKPLACE, and DOCUMENTATION AND THE LAW. They are contributors to nine additional books. They are members of the District of Columbia Bar. Patricia Latham is a member of the panel of arbitrators and mediators of the American Arbitration Association, serves on the panel of arbitrators of the New York Stock Exchange, has lectured at the Columbus School of Law, Catholic University of America, and has appeared on programs, including Court TV, to discuss legal topics. She is also a member of the Virginia State Bar and is admitted to practice before the the United States Supreme Court.
