When writer T.J. Walker moved to Colorado ten years ago, he tried to transfer his car title from Florida. After thirty minutes and several lines, he was told that not only did he have the wrong paperwork, but the paperwork he should have brought also had to be notarized. This was the first, but certainly not the last, straw on the camel's back which inspired him to write Colorado: A Newcomer's And Resident's Manual. While adjusting to life in his new state, T.J.'s frustration grew as he spent hours trying to find needed answers. After talking with other new residents, he formed the idea for this book: a guide which could save others the countless hours of aggravation he had experienced.
