E. Scott Geller is Professor and Director of the Center for Applied Behavior Systems at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. He is a Fellow of the American Psychological Association, the American Psychological Society, and the World Academy of Productivity and Quality Sciences.

He has authored seven previous books on the psychology of safety and over 300 research articles.
