About the Author

FRANK KEATING, the governor of Oklahoma for two consecutive terms from 1995 to 2003, is the author of Will Rogers: An American Legend, which received the Golden Spur Award of the Western Writers of America and Theodore, recipient of the 2007 International Reading Association Children s Book Award.
