The state of Tennessee has produced some of the best coaches in the country at the high school and college levels; and their stories are about more than sports. Behind the Stats: Tennessee's Coaching Legends gives the reader an up close and personal look at the lives of nine of the top coaches from Tennessee.
Each coach has never-before-told stories of triumphs and tragedies. They express their views on producing champions, with a candid view of favorite (and not-so favorite) players and teams. Each chapter offers life lessons for success on or off the field, plus several monumental motivational speeches. Behind the Stats is indispensable for any coach or fan (not just in Tennessee) wanting to succeed on and off the field.
