A master at management, Hank began his career in Wholesale Distribution of Plumbing and industrial supplies. No stranger to the kitchen and bath business, Hank incorporated the Plumbery in 1983 as one of the first decorative plumbing and hardware showrooms in the United States. By 1987, Hank's success had not gone unnoticed. His management skills caught the attention of the Sacramento Chamber of Commerce who selected him "Small Business Person To Watch." Later in 1994, the Chamber would recognize The Plumbery as their "Small Business Of The Year." The company was soon chosen as a "Fast Track 25" company in 1991 and named "Best Kitchen/Bath Dealer In The West" by Kitchen and Bath Design News in 1992. In addition to serving on NKBA Committees, Hank is a practicing Professional Instructor on Business Management for the Association. Hank's management column can be read in each issue of Kitchen and Bath Business, where he writes about management and human relations issues.
