The Urban Fairytales: Love Story is the second solo, full-length comic book by S. Bell.
Bell's short graphic narratives follow her true-life adventures. Love Story chronicles her real life romance and subsequent marriage to fellow comic book artist Montgomery Borror.
Bell's stories are poignant, darkly hilarious and often silly. As is life.
The Urban Fairytales: Love Story is preceded by The Urban Fairytales: Paperdoll (1999, Baksun Books).
Bell has been published in hundreds of anthologies published by small independent presses along with University of California Press and Fantagraphics books.
Bell lives in San Francisco with her husband and their cat, Bird.
