About the Author

Robert P. Bowman is an Associate Professor of Educational Psychology at the University of South Carolina. He has prevented motivational workshops and/or conference keynote speeches in42 states and in Canada, Belgium, England, Italy, West Germany, Puerto and Tanzania. He is known as an innovator of creative educational techniques and strategies for helping youth. (Grades K-6)

Susan C. Bowman is a Licensed Professional Counselor in private practice. She served as a Social Worker and has held counseling positions in elementary, middle and high schools. She also worked as a counselor for the South Carolina Department of Juvenile Justice, working individually and in small groups with incarcerated adolescents.
