He contributed many articles to a variety of magazines, newspapers, and websites. He was born and raised in New Jersey. His latest book is called Comic Book Fever.Review:
"This is a book, that considering the popularity of Battle of the Planets, should have been done a long time ago. It retraces the original series' conception, all the work and negotiations Sandy Frank had to do to bring Super Ninja Team Gatchaman to our shores, how the adaptation in English was done, etc. There is also a ton of artwork that will freak out any fan of the show. This is a must for any fan of both Gatchaman and Battle of the Planets. - Martin Ouellette, Animerica
"Generally, this is an enjoyable look back at 'Battle Of The Planets' if a bit short." - Stephen Hunt, Sfcrowsnest.com
"I happened upon this book when I was looking for information about artist Alex Ross and his amazing illustrations of the 1970s animated television show, Battle of the Planets. I ultimately bought it as a companion piece to the Alex Ross: Battle Of The Planets Artbook and I'm glad I did. Ross's book is a beautiful collection of his work, but it doesn't contain much information about the show itself. G-Force Animated, however, has it all." - Marsh Myers
"A fascinating, one-of-a-kind guide to a classic anime series and its distinctly different but joined-at-the-hip Americanization, G-Force: Animated contains a wealth of information I'd never seen or heard elsewhere." Earl Green, TheLogBook.com
