About the Author:

Casey Worthington, PMP is a Senior Project Manager working as a consultant in the IT industry. He has worked in IT for the past seventeen years in various technical, management and project management capacities, and is certified in Six Sigma, ITIL, and project management.

Bruce Robertson is a Senior Project Manager for a leading human therapeutics company in the biotechnology industry. Bruce has over 10 years experience in various aspects of information technology. He has co-presented twice at project world on various topics including consultative project management and core competencies development. In his capacity as a an in-house manager and previously as a consultant he's led numerous projects in the areas of customer relationship management (CRM), sales and service application development, infrastructure and project management office (PMO) foundations. His exposure bridges multiple industries including non-profit, federal government, banking, insurance, consumers goods, and most recently health care. Bruce is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and is a member of the Southern Ontario Chapter of PMI.
