"Riding is the closest thing to flying, and the best tension reliever I know of--next to sex."
Motojournalist Megan Hughes is passionate about motorcycles. As are the more than sixty bike enthusiasts featured in this anthology of interviews and photographs. Young, old, male, female, rural, urban--these people can't get enough of riding.
So . . . hop on behind. Strap on your helmet. And feel the engine roar between your legs. For there's something about viewing the world between a set of handlebars, with the pavement only scant inches from your feet, and the sights and scents of the passing world filling your soul.

Megan Hughes lives near Sharbot Lake, Ontario. She has been writing since she can remember, and riding motorcycles for some of that time. She is also an elementary schoolteacher-in-training at Trent Unversity in Peterborough, Ontario. Ms. Hughes spends her free time wandering in the woods with her dogs and cats, and helping her partner at this classic European motorcycle and auto shop. Time on the road is spent with many kinds of vehicles, from tractors to luxury automobiles of days gone by. This is her first published book, and she hopes to write more motojournals like it in the near future.
