I listened to the CD 3 times. I felt confident and "In the Zone" as soon as the round began. I hit 9 Fairways which is a major improvement. My putting was excellent. I usually have "a lot" of negative thoughts during a round of golf but, this day I was very calm. Golf is mostly physchological.
