About the Author
Jemima Lumley is an author and designer who has previously worked as a designer at Frances Lincoln and Orchard Books, and now lives in Bristol with her husband and two children. This is her first title for Barefoot Books. Sophie Fatus is a full-time illustrator and sculptress, who studied at the prestigious Academy of Fine Art in Paris. Her brightly coloured illustrations and quirky style are world-renowned and have graced the pages of several other Barefoot books including The Story Tree (PB with CD: 1-905236-12-3; Audio Book: 1-84148-417-2) and its companion title Storytime (1-84148-344-3), Babushka (HB: 1-84148-352-4, PB: 1-84148-411-3), The Barefoot Book of Monsters! (1-84148-068-1), and My Daddy is a Pretzel (1-84148-150-5). Sophie lives in Florence, Italy with her husband and cat.
