About the Author:

Ever since her days as news editor of the UCLA Daily Bruin and as campus correspondent for the Los Angeles Times, Marina Dundjerski 94 has been writing about her alma mater in one way or another.
Since 2003, she has chronicled UCLA s history as director of the UCLA History Project. Her 20 years of experience in journalism and communications includes three years as a senior writer and editor for UCLA Magazine and other campus publications; six years in Washington, D.C., as an assistant editor of The Chronicle of Philanthropy; and a stint as a reporter for United Press International.
A Los Angeles native, Dundjerski holds a Bachelor of Arts in English with a specialization in world literature.
