These secrets both encourage and empower students to develop the ability to think freely and rationally; to organise themselves, their time, and their work; and to approach tests and examinations with confidence. The principles show students how to overcome self-limiting beliefs, mental barriers and other obstacles in order to take control of their studies. The book guides students to identify their particular learning styles, plan their schedules, set realistic goals, organise their activities, read effectively, take notes, manage time strategically, absorb information and retain what they have learnt.
