About the Author

Paul Honigmann has been keeping bees in Top Bar Hives and Warres since 2010, organises the Oxfordshire Natural Beekeeping Group and researches bees obsessively. With a background in science and engineering, he has particular interests in recording the obscure and traditional knowledge which is usually passed from mentors to students, but rarely written down; and evaluating the evidence behind the many claims passed around beekeeping circles.
