About the Author:
Gregory G. Gay, Esquire is the President of the Nature Coast Law Offices of Gregory G. Gay, P.A. that has law offices in New Port Richey, Spring Hill and Crystal River, Florida. Mr. Gay was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1973. Mr. Gay is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Wills, Trusts & Estates and in Elder Law. He is also Board Certified in Elder Law by the National Elder Law Foundation and is designated by that organization as a Certified Advanced Practitioner. Mr. Gay is a Florida Supreme Court certified circuit court mediator and arbitrator. Mr. Gay received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and a Juris Doctor Degree from Florida State University. He has also earned a Master of Science Degree in Financial Services from The American College, a Master of Divinity Degree from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and a Master of Arts in Biblical Studies Degree from Dallas Theological Seminary. Mr. Gay is a past President of the Tampa Bay Planned Giving Council and is a past President of the North Suncoast Estate Planning Council. Mr. Gay is a past president of the West Pasco Bar Association. He is also a past Chairman of the Pasco Hernando Community College Board of Trustees. Mr. Gay is a past President of the New Port Richey Rotary Club and has been awarded a Paul Harris Fellow by this club. Mr. Gay is a member of Idelwild Baptist Church in Tampa, Florida. Mr. Gay serves as a Trustee of Mustard Seed International and is a Director of the Community Aging and Retirement Services, Inc. (CARES). He is married to Julia Stokes from Miami and they have two adult children.
