Moms, this is for you! On one of those feeling-unappreciated-days, I felt inspired to write down everything I do... what every mother does without the credit she s due! This wonderfully messy thing called motherhood can try our very souls! The physical, mental, and emotional strain we moms face everyday can lead to exhaustion, depression, hopelessness, isolation, compromised health.... I wanted everyone to see how tough (and how tender) A Mom's Life really is. So, here s a little humor, hope, inspiration, practical ideas, and my message to moms: You are not alone!

Brooke, I feel like I need to reiterate to you how much I LOVED your book. I keep reading it over and over. I really mean it--it's a great book! It was such a great book! I literally couldn't put it down. My laughter kept waking up. --Ms. Bronx
I saw a copy in my office. I read a couple of the poems when I was quality checking the book and had to read the rest. As a mother of 3 (ages 8, 6 and 5 months), I can definitely relate. It makes you want to laugh and cry and hug your kids all at the same time. I thought the writing was great, and layout was adorable! --J. Benton
The book is awesome! I could totally identify. I loved the annointing of scripture, and photos of each art of the book. The poems at the end are awesome, too. The caught-not-taught gushes out everywhere. God will bless. Someone mentioned that they cried. I did, too! The book touched the spirit of my mom-ness. Flo E. --Florence E., Everett, WA
I laughed, cried, and prayed as I read this little book, and when I was done, I hugged my kids... several times. They asked, What s wrong, Mom? Why are you crying? --Kellie W., Homeschooling Mother of Three, Steamboat Springs, CO
Thank You! So cute and close to the heart. You are an amazing person Your poems were great! Some made me laugh and others brought tears. Great job. --Nicole G., Indianapolis, IN
