Sergius (also Sergii, Sergei) Bulgakov (1871-1944) was a prominent Russian economist who participated in the "Landmarks" movement and became in the 1910s a leading Russian religious philosopher and, in 1918, a priest. After leaving Russia in 1922, Bulgakov was the most prolific and controversial theologian in the Russian emigration, especially because of his doctrine of the Divine Sophia.Review:
"A good sample of Bulgakov's writings on several of the themes closest to his heart..." -- Slavic and East European Journal
