Each episode of the series includes a real life reenactment in which crimes are perpetrated. The victim defends themselves with the same movements used in this workout series.
Designed for the beginner and the most advanced. The movements are simple yet effective.
We start with warm-up exercises to properly prepare the mind and body. Next, workout to instructional aerobics with a martial arts flair. The self-defense segment, including the reenactment, follows this. Finish with cool down stretches to complete the workout.

A lot of thought went in to the making of Internal Power Self Defense. We didn't want to make just another workout video. We also didn't want to make another "Tae-Bo". We wanted to create a workout video that anyone could perform, regardless of current fitness levels, from the beginner to the advanced.
We've combined the workout with self-defense movements because in the martial arts, as well as other disciplines, repetition is the key to successful learning and retention. The movements become second nature.
Personal safety is a concern for all of us. I believe we have accomplished our goal in providing a forum where people can workout and gain confidence all at the same time. Just being more confident makes a person less of a target to the criminals.
