There is a loud explosion on America South West flight 412. "Doctor, I believe our fate is in your hands!" shouts the flight attendant as she grabs a portable oxygen bottle and mask and gives it to Dave.Dave rushes inside the cockpit where he finds gaping holes where the windshield once was. Both pilot and co-pilot, along with everything that was not tied down, had been sucked out of the cockpit. Dave takes charge of the plane and manages a successful landing. All the while, he is reminded of his war days when he had flown on dangerous missions, thirty years ago . . .
