He holds an undergraduate degree in Exercise and Sport Science, a graduate degree in Health and Exercise Science and a second graduate degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition. Susan Williams is a former elite triathlete and Bronze medalist at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens. She is now a high performance endurance coach and masters swim coach and works with triathletes of all abilities, disciplines and distances.
