Strengthening the Energy Field of the Chest for More Peace of Mind -
Hold one magnet sideways in the fingers of each hand with the tips of the two magnets facing each other about one to two inches from your chest and use them to make little circles. The direction you draw the circles doesn't matter, so just circle the magnet tips in whichever direction is comfortable for you. Straighten your lower back, bend your neck very slightly, and close your eyes. Continue to circle the magnets for three to five minutes as you concentrate on your chest. With your body growing warmer, your chest will automatically feel more comfortable. You'll get the feeling that your heart is opening up, like the aperture of a camera opening or like something melting or dye spreading in water. The energy spreads through your body as this happens. While you circle the magnets, open your mouth slightly and exhale deeply.
Strengthening the Energy Field of the Brain for a Cooler Head -
Hold one magnet in the fingers of each hand and bring your hands to your third eye, which is located on your forehead between your eyebrows. Use the magnets to make little circles, their tips facing each other about one to two inches from your forehead. Notice the sensations of energy as you continue this for three to five minutes. You'll likely experience a feeling of magnetism pulling and pushing between the magnets and your forehead, and you may feel a tingling or crawling sensation in or around your head. If you continue to concentrate, your head will become clearer and cooler as you sense a kind of heavy heat leaving it. You may even feel an energy field surrounding your head like a capsule. While you circle the magnets, open your mouth slightly and exhale deeply.
