Bringing the right mode of mind to sexuality unleashes the power to fantasize, play, create, and relate. Sex ACT gives readers the tools to do so, while navigating the common mental invitations to shut down, avoid, and withdraw from the vitality of life. Based on cutting edge techniques of acceptance and commitment therapy, the quest outlined within the pages of Sex ACT becomes a spiritual journey, going beyond the self to help readers connect with their partners in a deeper, more honest, and intimate way.
