Death is the topic that no one wants to talk about. Yet every body dies, and we all know without a doubt that our body will surely die. Are we ready for death? Do we understand what will happen when our body dies? Passing down an ancient science handed down from a long line of spiritual teachers, "Preparing for Death" provides us with the solutions for dealing with our death and the death of our loved ones. It succinctly delivers the modern research along with the ancient science of dying. These reveal the facts regarding our identity and the reasons for life and death. The mysteries of death are further unraveled as we discover where we go after death - and we gain the essential wisdom to be able to navigate the journey.

From the Author:

This book has been removed from direct Amazon distribution but is still available for free from the author (see below).I believe some of the reviews have mis-characterized the book's contents. It appears they must not have read the book in its entirety, or perhaps cherry-picked the text - as the ebook was offered for free through amazon for some time. There are two important issues made clear in the book I believe these reviewers missed. The first is that the information provided is not the author's opinion. Rather, the information comes from ancient teachings passed on for thousands of years from teacher to student and documented among ancient scriptures.Secondly, I believe these reviewers missed the critical foundation for the basic element of understanding death - that each of us is not the physical body. The physical body is a temporary vehicle each of us drives around for awhile, and we leave it at the time of death. Scientists have determined that every molecule and atom in our body is recycled within five years. Like a waterfall, the body is changing, yet we remain. We know scientifically that the baby body we had years ago is not the same body we have today. Yet we are still the same person.Understanding this basic premise can lead one to freedom from death, as we understand that we are spiritual by nature rather than physical. The body may die and decompose but we - the eternal spiritual person - lives on after the body dies. This fact - that we live on after death - is also supported by modern science, with tens of thousands of documented clinical death events and counting. To understand that we leave the body after death means looking at death from a completely different perspective. The typical concepts of death relating to graves, burials, and mourning over decomposing bodies are no longer useful. The important question is where we go after death. This book answers that question, using insights passed down for centuries by an ancient lineage of spiritual teachers. The book's contents are not the author's opinions, and this is clearly stated in the book's introduction and throughout the book.It appears some of the reviewers chose to lash out because their beliefs collided with some parts of these understandings, or possibly just the notion that we live on after the body dies. Be that as it may.It should also be noted that the word "science" used in the title relates to the actual science of who we are, rather than the limited physical-sense acquired views and hypotheses of modern scientists - though the book does reference a number of modern and ancient scientists. I agree that the book could have been titled better. However, understanding who we are is significantly scientific, because if we do not know our identity, what, in fact, do we know? This said, the author apologizes for any unintentional offending statement in the book, given this sensitive topic. The author will continue to offer the ebook for free to those who seek its content.
