"Allow your imagination to soar with Destiny's Call. Spitz successfully paints vivid backdrops to adorn the canvas of the Biblical story. His colorful interpolations expand the reader's viewing lens to explore unchartered terrain and allow a possible glimpse of the grand Biblical landscape." - Gad Dishi, Author, Jacob's Family Dynamics
"Spitz's great skill is to make biblical life simultaneously strange and familiar; his work is filled with constant delight and discovery. In short, a treasure." - Ilana Epstein, Columnist, The Jerusalem Post
"Spitz's re-imagination of Biblical characters, places and stories is a pleasure to read. Those who study the Bible will be encouraged to revisit their assumptions; those who do not study the Bible will be inspired to do so." - Rabbi Shalom Z. Berger, Ed.D. The Lookstein Center for Jewish Education, Bar-Ilan University
"Ben-Tzion Spitz has done a remarkable job of making the Bible relevant to contemporary English readers of all religions and faiths." - Judy Labensohn, WriteInIsrael.com
"The Jewish religion and culture have always been a part of Europe but in recent years have been disappearing in the background. This book is therefore an important reminder of the Jewish history that should be but isn't well known in Europe. This book should be read by every European." - Egbert Pijfers, Norway
