The Harriman-Bear Mountain Trails Map by the New York-New Jersey Trail Conference is a two-map set featuring more than 230 miles of trails in the popular Harriman and Bear Mountain State Parks in New York. The maps are printed in vibrant color on waterproof and tear-resistant Tyvek, and are a must-have for enjoying and exploring the rich network of trails in Harriman and Bear Mountain State Parks.
The 2023 edition includes several trail updates, including a temporary detour of the Appalachian Trail and Ramapo-Dunderberg Trail around Anthony Wayne Recreation Area, a relocated section of the Appalachian Trail on Surebridge Mountain, and the new Jones Point Path trail. The entire network of trails has been redrawn based on more recent GPS data, and other improvements include viewpoint star updates and additions, parking access updates, and updates to the Fort Montgomery area. Along with many other adjustments and corrections, these latest updates make this map the most accurate and up-to-date map yet of this region!
