About the Author
Cass Kim is a licensed SLP with a passion for making practice at home fun and gentle - it shouldn't feel like work! These books are designed to promote early phonological awareness skills for young children as they are developing print awareness, as well as targeted at-home practice for children with speech sound delays or disorders. Cass owns a private practice for speech therapy and knows how hard it can be as a parent to practice at home - which is why she designed these books to take the work out of it.
Kawena VK, the illustrator, is a local artist that grew up in Hawaii with a fascination for art and nature She learned through a traditional atelier before pursuing her Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Hawaii.
