About the Author:
Benjamin Lacombe est né à Paris, le 12 juillet 1982. Auteur, illustrateur et peintre, il est un représentant phare de la nouvelle illustration française. Il a publié son premier livre à 19 ans aux éditions Soleil alors qu'il entrait à l'Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs de Paris (ENSAD), où il a suivi sa formation artistique. Depuis, Benjamin Lacombe a écrit et illustré plus d'une vingtaine de livres traduits et primés à travers le monde : Les Amants Papillons, La Mélodie des Tuyaux, Les Contes Macabres, L'Herbier des fées, Ondine, Swinging Christmas, Madame Butterfly, Les Super-Héros détestent les artichauts... Il expose régulièrement en galeries : Ad Hoc Art (New York), L'Art de rien (Paris), Dorothy Circus (Rome), Maruzen (Tokyo), Nucléus (Los Angeles) et la galerie Daniel Maghen (Paris)...
