Synopsis
Wendy, treize ans, vit à Brooklyn. Le 11 septembre 2001, sa mère part travailler et ne revient pas. Après une prise de conscience lente et terrible, Wendy et sa famille tentent de continuer à vivre. Son chemin mène la jeune fille en Californie chez son père biologique qu'elle connaît à peine.
