Il y a encore quelques mois, Harry Ricks était professeur dans une université américaine et menait une vie tranquille avec sa femme et sa fille.

About the Author
Douglas Kennedy est né à New York en 1955, et vit entre Londres et Paris. Auteur de trois récits de voyages remarqués, dont Au pays de Dieu (Belfond, 2004), il s'est imposé avec, entre autres, L'homme qui voulait vivre sa vie et La Poursuite du bonheur (Belfond, 1998 et 2001 ; Pocket, 1999 et 2003), suivis d' Une relation dangereuse (Belfond, 2003 ; Pocket, 2005) et des inoubliables Charmes discrets de la vie conjugale (2005 ; Pocket, 2007).
