Dr. Xupeng Chen got his bachelor degree in electronic engineeringfrom Xi''an Jiaotong University and PhD degree in applied physicsfrom Texas Tech University in 2003. Between 2004 and 2008, Dr.Xupeng Chen was appointed as Associate Professor in HuazhongUniversity of Science and Technology.
