Born 12.03.1951 in Leningrad, USSR. Graduate from Leningrad Polytechnical Institute in 1974. Leading Researcher at Ioffe Physical Technical Institute and Saint-Petersburg Branch of Joint Supercomputing Center, Russian Academy of Sciences; Ph.D (1980) and Dr. Sci (1992) from Leningrad Polytechnical Institute.
