This has to be done by keeping an eye on student preferences which is a major factor to ensure professional satisfaction for posterity. The purposes of this study are to employ Analytic Hierarchy Process to investigate the relative importance of factors that college students consider when choosing a job, and to derive the relative weight of each factor. Notable outcome aimed at this study is to find entrepreneurial intent among graduating students in comparison with other jobs.
