Dr. Mamta Kumari earned Bachelor's Degree in Home Science with distinction from AAU, Jorhat, Assam, India and was University Gold Medalist. She did Post-Graduation from SHIATS, Allahabad, U.P., India in Food Nutrition & Dietetics and thereafter PhD in Foods & Nutrition from MPUAT, Udaipur, Rajasthan, India in 2012.
