About the Author:

Antonie L. Chigeda, M.Ed.,MPhil.,studied Education Policy, Planning and Leadership at University of Massachusetts,USA and Philosophy of Education at Moi University,Kenya.He is a lecturer in Philosophy of Education at University of Malawi, Chancellor College. He is author of another book Education and the fight against corruption;a Kenyan situation.
