It is one of the major public health problems challenging the community particularly in developing countries. However, there is scarce of research on this problem hence this study was incepted.

Almaz Ayalew (BSc) Studied BSc in Public Health(Health Officer)at Jimma University and was graduated with distinction in 2013. While Chalchissa Amentie(BA,MBA) Studied BA in BusinessManagement at Gondor University and Masters ofBusiness Administration (MBA)at Jimma University.Currently,lecturer and researcher in Jimma University,Ethiopia.
