Synopsis
This international bibliography of computer-assisted language learning contains more than a thousand entries, most of them dating from 1980-1987. In a very few instances pre-1980 papers on CALL are included. The compiler does not claim that his reference work replaces its predecessors, its merit being that it is international in scope. It covers books and articles in journals from mainly American, English, French, and German sources. Some 400 of the entries have been annotated in German. A subject index provides easy thematical access to the data.

About the Author
The Authors: Udo O.H. Jung was educated at the universities of Freiburg and Edinburgh. He is currently Director of the Language Centre at Bayreuth University.
Gothild Lieber was educated at the universities of Leipzig and Moscow. She was Professor of Applied Psycholinguistics (Russian) at the University of Leipzig.
