Book Description Kornfeld, 2016. Encuadernación de tapa dura. Condition: Nuevo. Dust Jacket Condition: Nuevo. This new catalog raisonné in two volumes (1917/1958 and 1958/1965) is now a reference for Alberto Giacometti's original prints. It is the result of extensive research carried out from 1963 to 2016 by Mr. Eberhard Kornfeld, to which the Giacometti Foundation joined in 2005. The book opens with a preface by Eberhard Kornfeld and an introduction by Mathilde Lecuyer-Maillé. The presentation of prints (lithographs, etchings, chisels, engraved wood and some brass) follows a strictly chronological order. It should be noted that each print is a reference in itself, even when it belongs to a work that contains several of the artist. These two volumes gather 452 references, many of which are not listed in the Lust, and remarkable: are also listed all unpublished tests known to date. A third volume is in preparation, entirely dedicated to the book "Paris without end". Seller Inventory # ABE-1526626735116
