These include such important works as 11 Panes of Glass (2004), Mirrors (1986) and Eight Sisters (1971). All of these works are illustrated in large format and in color in the book. In a conversation with Jan Thorn-Prikker, the artist explains his connections to Dresden in an often surprising way. In his essay, Jürgen Becker, who himself comes from Thuringia, aptly describes Richter's motives for leaving the former GDR. Fine copy. Seller Inventory # 50323
