About the Author

Joshua Edwards directs and co-edits Canarium Books. He's the author of IMPERIAL NOSTALGIAS (Ugly Duckling Presse, 2013), CAMPECHE (Noemi Press, 2011), and ARCHITECTURE FOR TRAVELERS (Edition Solitude, 2014), and he translated Mexican poet Maria Baranda's book-length poem, FICTICIA (Shearsman Books, 2010). He's received grants and fellowships from the Fulbright-Garcia Robles Program, University of Michigan, Stanford University, the Akademie Schloss Solitude, and elsewhere. Born in Galveston, he lives in Marfa, Texas with his wife, poet Lynn Xu.
